5. Sress is caused by how we think and react to situations themselves. In other words, different people in the same situations feel different amounts of stress.
Can Chocolate Cure Stress?
When you are Stressed out or angry, do you ever want a bowl of ice cream or a piece of chocolate? If so, you are not alone. When people are under stress, they often have cravings for sweet foods such as ice cream, chocolate, or cake.
There may be a biological reason for these carvings. The rats chose to eat sweet, high-energy foods after experiecing stress for a long time. Eating these foot helped the rats calm down. So if you have to calm down very quickly, a piece of chocolate may be a good idea!
